MEET THE FOUNDER AND LEAD LEARNER

I am an educator, leadership development consultant, instructional coach, facilitator, and instructional designer. At the heart of my mission is the empowerment of bold education leaders, enabling them to dismantle oppressive systems that hinder our full potential, creativity, and humanity. I deeply acknowledge that each individual possesses inherent wholeness and agency, and it is imperative to establish inclusive communities and organizations that honor and nurture this truth. My unwavering optimism drives me to believe in our collective capacity as human beings to cultivate a world characterized by compassion and justice.
